Trout Derby
Mineral Lake is one out of 100+ stocked lakes in Washington state that participates in the April Trout Derby. 2022 Trout Derby had over 800 Prizes worth $37,000.
Trout are placed in the Participating Lakes with a white tag attached to their fin. Over 100,000 rainbows
are planted in Washington State Lakes each year plus hundreds of larger broodstock. Two-pole Fishing is allowed with Good to limited access shoreline.
Lewis County
Located in Lewis County on 274.80 acres at 1421 Elevation. Mineral Lake has Brown, Coastal Cutthroat, Rainbow Trout, and Largemouth Bass.
The Lions Den Campground is on the south shore of Mineral lake which includes a boat launch, docks, and RV and tent spaces.
Mineral Lake Resort
In the area are a local store, bar, and church. Mineral Lake Resort is a rustic lakeside resort with cabins
with kitchens and docks.
This lake is an awesome place to fish and meet others having fun at what they love to do. Find a place to camp and make it a great weekend. Fish during the day and have a great evening eating and a few drinks and not have to drive, just a walk to the tent or RV.
